Well yes, plenty. If someone installs a third-party app that has such a feature, they can see who you follow or unfollow on Instagram. Apps like IGExport or JarveePro are some examples. You can hide your followers on Instagram but these apps may be able to still reveal them.
But using third-party apps is against Instagram’s terms of service, they are also very dangerous because you are willingly giving access to something that you don’t know what it is. Users’ privacy and information will be in danger. So it’s just best not to use them.
