Shanice was quoted saying – “I’m miserable from the grind of this desk job, developing watered-down listings for my boss. I long to be back at a real estate agency, working with few listings and starting out slow..”
After months of chatting back and forth, a decision needed to be made. Shanice was faced with the choice of staying in corporate or starting her dream job.

Ultimately, she took the risk and dove head first into her newly established real estate agency. Her dedication helped to establish “Jiggy Homes”, a modern real estate brand for the adventurous soul that caters to hip GenX, GenY and maturing millennials looking for their first home either to buy or rent.
Now, Shanice is quickly on the rise with 10 fellow realtors, established in under two years, and expanding their reach to sell in 5 new major regions in the GTA across Toronto in Canada.

Early on, Shanice knew that Instagram would be one of the most influential marketing tools for her company, saying:
“Instagram, with 500 million active daily users has been almost our only marketing and advertising tool. It has been incredibly important for connecting with locals and our most important audience: Millennials, and allowing us to be a part of our customers lives on a daily basis.”
