Once you are on Instagram, to do an Instagram Live you should go to the same place as you do in the Instagram story, which would either be the camera icon on the upper left, or you can just swipe right and enter your Instagram stories area.
This is essentially the Instagram camera and of course, swipe through the different options for Instagram stories or you can choose Live and this is where you are going to Go Live on Instagram.

Then once you are ready, tap Go Live. check your connection and you are Live.

How to pin your comment on your Instagram Live?
First of all, you can see the comment box at the bottom, that is where you leave comments as well.
If you are coordinated enough you can type in a subject that you want to have there and then you can actually pin the comment by holding down on it and then it will pop up like thing that shows you in the photo below and you say, hey I want to pin this comment to the top.
So that way if new people start commenting that one will still stay at the top the whole time.
If you are doing a Q&A you can pin your question to the top of your subject matter and that way your audience will know what you are doing.
How to turn off comments during Instagram Live?
If for some reason you did not want comments, maybe you are being really vulnerable and you are worried that comment will throw you off or whatever it might be you can tap the three dots in the comment box and turn those off.
The other thing is your viewers can actually go Live with you if you want them to, but if you don’t want people to have that option then you can also turn that off right there.
How to answer users’ questions during Instagram Live?
There is a little icon with the question mark at the bottom of the screen and if users have submitted questions to you ahead of time through your Instagram story well then they appear there. It is kinda neat and you can tap on them and then you will see them on the screen as well your viewers.

How can we send Live videos to somebody as DM?
At the bottom of the screen, you can see a paper airplane that is there to share the Instagram Live video.
You can go ahead and tap that and then send the live video to somebody.
Let’s say you want to try and send them a notification then maybe they would come and watch and you can invite them on Live, or you can also make sure that they were watching your Instagram Live.
Everyone who sees your Live has this button at the same time.
So if you have made an interesting video or prepared useful and valuable content to teach your audience, you can ask them to press the small paper airplane if they know some people who like to participate in your Live. And share this video with them to join your Live.
How we can invite somebody to be Live with us
There are little smiley faces at the bottom of the screen that you can tap on them to invite somebody to be live with you.
After tapping on the smiley faces, select the name of the person who you want to invite to your Live.
Be aware that you can only choose from people who participate in your Instagram Live and are watching your video.
When you invite someone to participate in your Live, a request will be sent to him/her, and if he/she accepts your request, your live page will be divided into two separate sections and he/she will be added to your Live.
Also, if you want to use a filter, just click on the icon next to the smiley faces then you can choose different filters.
Can we share photos or videos from our camera roll on Instagram Live?
Currently, this feature is only available on iPhones, and it allows you to share photos and videos that you have stored on your camera roll, with others on Instagram Live.
