What is the DMpro suite?

How is the DMpro platform different from the extension?
The platform automates replies to people who message, comment or mention you, through official platform APIs. The extension is for outreach: it starts the conversation with people you choose, from your own browser.
Can I use them together?
Yes. They do different jobs, so you can use the platform for inbound replies and the extension for outbound outreach. Each product has its own plan.
Does the DMpro platform use the official platform APIs?
Yes. It integrates through the official APIs for Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn and TikTok, and only works with the permissions you approve.
Is the extension safe for my account?
Safety Mode is on by default: 20 DMs a day, randomized 3 to 6 minute gaps, and an automatic pause if Instagram or TikTok shows a block signal. No automation removes the risk entirely, so keep Safety Mode on and send personal, relevant messages.
Does the extension need my Instagram or TikTok password?
No. It uses the session already open in your browser and never asks for or stores your social passwords.
How much does contactID cost?
Pay as you go costs $0.15 per website, or subscriptions run from $9.99 to $199.99 a month, down to $0.01 per website. You are charged only for forms actually submitted. Checking a site, sites with no form and failed attempts cost nothing.
What can I not use contactID for?
Spam, phishing, harassment, impersonation or anything illegal. contactID does not send to government sites, consumer platforms or adult sites, and sending is capped at 60 submissions a minute per account.
Which browsers are supported?
The Auto-DM extension runs in Chrome and other Chromium browsers such as Brave and Edge, on desktop. contactID works in Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera and Arc, and does not support Firefox or Safari.
