AiGrow Referral Program
Terms and Conditions

The AiGrow Referral Program (“The Program”) allows AiGrow users and approved partners (Members) to earn credits (“Referral Credits”) toward free use of the AiGrow application or cash by referring friends to become new users on AiGrow.
To participate, Members must agree to these terms, which become part of the AiGrow Terms of Use.
How to Earn Referral Credits
Members can earn Referral Credits if: (i) a referred friend clicks on their referral link to create a valid AiGrow account and connects a valid Instagram Account, and that complies with our Terms of Service; and/or (ii) the referred friend purchases a valid subscription for AiGrow. The referring Member can not earn Referral Credits for any Instagram account that is connected which the Member has already connected to their own AiGrow account.
Qualifying Referral Credits and Values
There are no maximums on the amount of Referral Credits that a Member may earn.
The referring Member will be credited with the Referral Credits for each of the following actions performed by the referred friend:
Credit Value: At the time of publishing these terms, each credit is worth $0.5 in cash. Please be sure to check updated terms in the referral dashboard.
- A valid signup or account created on AiGrow AND a valid Instagram account is connected to the AiGrow account: Referral Credits will only be granted to unique new accounts that have never existed on AiGrow, and have never been affiliated with any other Instagram accounts connected through a different AiGrow account.
At the time of publishing of these Referral Terms, a valid Signup is worth 1 credit. These credit values may change so be sure to refer to the Referral Dashboard for the most up to date amounts.
- A purchased subscription by a referred friend: In addition to the Referral Credits earned for a value signup, Referral Credits will be earned each time that a purchase is made by a referred friend. A qualifying sale is the purchase of any package that does not get refunded within the first 30 days of purchase. Inasmuch, credits for qualifying purchases are held in Pending status until the 30 day period has passed. Purchases made by fraudulent means and have been rejected by AiGrow’s processing department will automatically be rejected.
At the time of publishing of these Referral Terms, a valid Subscription is worth 20 credits for the first payment made by the person you refer, and 20 credits for each subsequent payment for a total of 11 payments. These credit values may change so be sure to refer to the Referral Dashboard for the most up to date amounts.
Credits will be posted in the Member’s Referral Dashboard as pending or approved based on the qualifying criteria outlined above.
AiGrow reserves the right to disqualify any credits granted that are deemed fraudulent or being granted in error by the AiGrow customer service team. A fraudulent account may include but is not limited to an account affiliated with a fake or newly created Instagram account, or an Instagram account that was renamed but previously affiliated with the AiGrow platform.
Redeeming Referral Credits
A Member may redeem Referral Credits for free application use or cash. In the case of cash, it will be paid via the Member’s provided PayPal account.
Referral Credits may only be redeemed via the AiGrow Referral Wallet. Once earned, Referral Credits will appear in the Referral Wallet. Referral Credits must be used within one year from the date they are issued, after which they will expire.
Referral Credits have a cash value, however they may not be transferred or exchanged in any way.
Referral Credits may not be earned by creating multiple AiGrow Accounts. Referral Credits accrued in separate AiGrow accounts may not be combined into one AiGrow account.
If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your balance of Referral Credits, please contact us. AiGrow may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your balance. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at AiGrow’s sole discretion.
You are responsible for any Tax consequences, if any, that may result from your redemption or use of Referral Credits.
If a Member does not generate any additional referrals within a 12 month period from the last referral, all Referral Credits in the Member’s account with expire and can no longer be redeemed.
Sharing Referral Links
You may share the referral link via any personal or commercial method. Members are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing to unknown contacts, texting or messaging people you do not know, or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral link. Members are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links.
Referred Friends
Referred friends who have signed up using a valid referral link will also receive credit in the form of a free trial of AiGrow, and any other promotional offers that may apply such as discount coupon.
Member will not earn Referral Credits when the person they referred in turn refers more users.
Severability
If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Termination and Changes
AiGrow may suspend or terminate the Program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove Referral Credits if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the AiGrow Terms of Use. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming Referral Credits can change at any time.
Updates to the Terms
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the AiGrow.me website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
