What is Post and Reward?
Post and Reward is essentially an Instagram reward campaign manager. You’ve probably seen those Instagram posts that ask you to follow their page and tag your friends in order to win a prize. Well, Post and Reward does just that for you, but in an automated way, and with additional features.
If you want a visual introduction, watch this short video:
What can Post and Reward do for you?
1- Organize Reward Campaigns
This is Post and Reward’s essential feature. To get started, find and upload an appropriate picture for your campaign.
Think beforehand: What message do you want to get across with this campaign? What are you looking to gain from it? Find an appropriate picture with these ideas in mind.
Next, you will have to fill out certain information about your campaign. How will you pick a winner? What is the reward? What message should the winners receive? Don’t worry. The whole process won’t take longer than a few short minutes. Let’s get through each item one by one.
- Tag ___ friends to the post: Everyone who wants to participate in this reward campaign will have to tag a number of their friends in the comments section. This is a great way to advertise your content and increase your follower count. It’s possible to tag up to 10 people, but we recommend no more than 5 people.
- Use this hashtag: Here you can specify a hashtag that participants have to use. The hashtag can be the name of your page or the content you are advertising. Overall, this is another great way to make your page popular.
- Follow Us: If you activate this button, users will have to follow your page first if they want to be eligible for the reward. Think about it: First your followers add their friends and advertise your post with hashtags. Then they all follow your page and do the same with their own friends. It’s a no brainer that reward campaigns are a fantastic way to increase your reach AND your engagement.
- DM to be sent automatically to qualified users: This is the text that the winners of the campaign will receive. You can type out your own custom DM or use the recommended text. After that, AiGrow will automatically select the winners and send the DM to them. The DM can contain the reward itself (like a coupon code) or a link to it.
2- Schedule your reward posts and delete them automatically
You can both save a lot of time and increase your efficiency by scheduling your posts on Instagram. So, what if you could schedule your reward campaigns? Well, AiGrow’s Post and Reward does just that for you.
When you finish entering your campaign’s information, you have the option to post it immediately or schedule it for a later date. If you want to schedule your post for later, don’t check the box for post immediately. Instead, select a date and hour, and your post will appear in your Instagram feed at that certain time. What’s even better is that you can do this for several posts. As a result, you can take care of your month’s tasks in just one sitting.
Additionally, you might want to have your post deleted after a certain period so your Instagram page is not clogged with out-dated reward posts. To do this, simply check the Delete post after a period of time box and select what time you want it to be deleted. AiGrow will take care of the rest for you!
3- Find the best hashtags for your posts and post them in the comments
The importance of using proper hashtags is no secret to anyone. Using the right hashtags is the difference between your post receiving minimal engagement and it getting the maximum attention possible.
With AiGrow’s Search Hashtags feature, you can simply enter a keyword and find the most popular hashtags related to it. Each hashtag will have a number next to it. That number is an indicator of the number of viewings that specific hashtag gets. For example, in the above picture you can see that #Instagramcontest has over 118.2 thousand viewings, so it’s definitely a good idea to use it. If you’re not sure on how many hashtags you might want, a rule of thumb is to always use at least 10 related hashtags for your post.
AiGrow gives you to the option to post the selected hashtags in the comments section. But why in the comments and not in the captions? Well, basically by posting hashtags in the comments section you will get the same benefit without crowding the caption section. So why not do it that way?
